Marna L. Varney
INTERIOR DESIGNER, INDUSTRY PARTNER ASID
Marna has designed various interior living spaces for clients in Manhattan, Long Island and West Palm Beach. She also has been retained to create showcase displays in high end retail stores such as Michael C. Fina, Bertolucci as well as The Hampton Classic VIP tabletop soiree. She also has contributed her design services for various charitable events including the American Heart Association, The Boys and Girls Club, Post Morrow Foundation, Birch Family Camp and Save a Pet to mention a few.
Frederick R. Varney
GENERAL CONTRACTOR, LICENSED AND INSURED
Fred Varney, founder and president, learned carpentry tool techniques from his father, William Varney, and later learned advanced carpentry under the tutelage of his uncle, Don Soulnier, a master wood craftsman originally from Canada. Mr. Varney furthered his career by completing college courses in construction applications and architectural drafting. The Varney's reside in Brookhaven Hamlet with their two sons, Sean and Mark, who are also key components of the Varney team.
Frederick and his wife Marna as a contractor/designer team buy, renovate, and sell elegant, interior designed, turnkey properties in choice locations. Properties are interior designed, come with new appliances and are fully equipped with everything from furniture, accessories, fine linens, dinner services, cutlery, cookware to flat screen TV's. Likewise on the exterior the properties are complete with swimming pools with stone and/or deck surrounds and exterior sound systems complete with outdoor living furnishings not to mention - fully landscaped to ensure a feeling of natural privacy.
